Uses:

A commonly used chemical raw material in industry, it is mainly used to regulate low-energy bromination reactions. It is a good bromination reagent that can replace hydrogen atoms at the benzyl or allyl position. It can also be used as an oxidant for the oxidation of alcohols to aldehydes and ketones, and aldehydes to acids .
